Whether you are hosting a rehearsal, workshop, class, or meeting, TADA! guarantees the versatility, space, and flexibility you need to create the perfect world for your event.

TADA!’s Rehearsal Studio rental includes

  • 750 sq. ft. at approximately 25’x30′
  • Wood floors
  • Full-length dance mirrors
  • Piano
  • Boom box
  • Rehearsal cubes, 25 stackable chairs, and tables
  • Refrigerator, microwave, and vending machines
  • Air conditioning and heat
  • Free WiFi

If there’s anything else you need to make your rehearsal successful, don’t hesitate to ask. We just might have it!

Rehearsal Studio Rental Rates

  • Standard rate is $45/hr.  
  • Non-profit rate is $40/hr.

Price will vary based on potential package rates available.

TADA! Theater Space

TADA!’s fully-equipped theater space allows producers and performers of all disciplines to share their work with others in a professional environment for both day-long and week-long exclusive rentals.

Whether you are producing a full theatrical production, festival, workshop, reading, or fundraiser; TADA!’s Theater is the perfect space for you to provide an ideal audience experience.

TADA!’s Theater Space rental includes

  • 24’x31.5’ Stage
  • 99 chairs in theater – possible up to 112 seating (row A is benches), max venue capacity of 125 people (includes all cast and crew) (View Seating Chart HERE)
  • Private Lobby
  • Access to 2 Dressing Rooms
  • Access to Box Office
  • Lighting/Sound Package
    • Lighting: ETC Ion Console with 84 dimmers; TADA!’s rep plot with 12 LED color changers. View rep plot HERE. 
    • Sound: Yamaha Mixing Console MG166cx  with 12 channels. PA System with XLR snake to stage and booth mic, cd playback, 1/8″ mini-jack (Headphone) auxiliary input.
    • Projectors and additional ELEX equipment available to rent. View ELEX equipment HERE. 
  • Use of Concessions Stand and Refrigerator
  • 2 Passenger Elevators (one can be used for freight)
  • Air Conditioning/Heat
  • Free WiFi
  • Use of acoustic piano, rehearsal cubes, and soft goods

Theater Space Rental Rates

Hourly Rate:

  • Rehearsal/Meeting/Workshop (NO PUBLIC AUDIENCE) –
    • $60/hr & $55/hr for non-profit
  • Rehearsal/Meeting/Workshop/Tech – includes lighting and sound package (NO PUBLIC AUDIENCE)
    • $90/hr & $85/hr for non-profit

Day Rate:

  • 8 hours for Rehearsal/Meeting/Workshop – Includes lighting and sound package (NO PUBLIC AUDIENCE)
    • $550 & $500 for non-profit
  • Day Rate WITH 1 Public Performance – Includes lighting and sound package
    • $900 & $800 for non-profit 

*Additional hours are at hourly tech rate $90/$85 for non-profit
*Additional Public performance is $350 per performance

Weekly Exclusive Rental:

  • Includes lighting and sound package. Access hours include Monday at noon till Friday at midnight, Saturday and Sunday 6pm till Midnight. Renter has exclusive use of the dressing rooms for the week, allowed to install TADA approved scenic, lighting, audio, projection plots and entitled to leave items in space for the week. (some restrictions may apply – inquire for specifics)
    • $4,500 per week & $4,000 for non-profit

TADA!’s Theater Space is conveniently located in NoMad, right off the 28th St. R/W, 1, and 6 lines, the 34th St. B/D/F/M and N/Q lines, and the PATH train.
