As an antiracist and multicultural organization, we value and amplify the voices, imaginations, knowledge, cultures, and leadership of black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+. It’s important that our students and ensemble members work with mentors and role models that reflect the communities we serve. We are committed to diversifying our staff with leaders who authentically express themselves and their identity, and will bring their unique life experiences to the table in order to inspire and transform our youth. If you’re interested in working with TADA!, or know someone who aligns with our mission, vision, and values – we encourage you to apply!
